OMGoodness! I just discovered this portabella pizza idea a few weeks ago and I LOVE the idea of hummus as a base instead of tomato sauce! GENIUS! Filing this under "why didn't I think of that"

Great post! I'm not a Christian, but I do feel that, like you said, it's important that we all count our blessings, and focus on the good stuff. Especially when we are at our lowest.

Those look great! Good job converting the recipe. I didn't know yogurt was casein free. I thought all dairy products had casein, but I've never really looked into it.

I love the idea of journaling 30 days of happiness. What a great way to put life into perspective and take a look at what's really important.
Thanks for stopping by my blog, too!! Hope you keep coming back.

I made crackers just recently myself - I used the pulp from my juicer, flax, carrots, cumin, some salt... they turned out surprisingly well! I hope you liked them!

I just read your about page - I'm a 30 year old mom and my oldest was born in 2004 as well! Love finding other healthy mom's out here in blogland! :D

Mmm... you have reinspired me to go and make a batch for a potluck I'm attending tomorrow-- everybody loves them, and they just feel so much more virtuous than any other cracker! Nice to meet you on your blog-- have a lovely, healthy day!
